FAQ: When my unit is in a protection state, such as overvoltage, overcurrent, or overtemperature, if I go to clear the protection it starts with the output on and goes back into the protect state. How do I get my output back to normal?

The best way around this is to first disable the output, then clear the protection, then clear the fault, and finally turn the output back on.
